Where can you deliver?
Deliveries are available to almost anywhere in the world via Express Mail Service. However, if you are ordering from a very remote location, it is better to send me an e-mail before ordering to make sure that I am able to arrange a delivery for you. In case I am not able to arrange a delivery, the order will be canceled and payment refunded. Please be aware that depending on which country you are purchasing from, you as the customer may be liable for customs/ import charges by your local authority.
How much does it cost?
Delivery is free of charge.
How can I pay?
You can pay using Stripe or Paypal. These are trusted, safe and secure PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card details will be collected and processed securely by Stripe or PayPal and as such no card details will be collected or stored by Elena Morozova Art or on the server.
How long does the delivery take?
This depends on the country you are ordering from as well as external circumstances such as holidays, weather, etc. Once your order has shipped, I will send you a tracking number and an estimate on how long the delivery should take.
Where are you delivering from?
I am located in Latvia, Europe.
What else do I need to know?
Large paintings (with one side exceeding 90 cm) will be shipped rolled in a tube and will need restretching. This can be done at your local frame shop.
